BIO:
TYTUS is a heavy metal band from Trieste, Italy, formed in 2014.
Their sound harks back to the glorious years of NWOBHM and Speed Metal. Firmly rooted somewhere between ’79 and ’84, their mission is to make those classic sounds fresh and new again, keeping the pure spirit of metal alive.
To date, the band has released two full-length albums, several singles, and a couple of EPs, the last one “Roaming in Despair” released in 2023 via the Canadian label Boonsdale Records. Their relentless energy has taken them all over Europe, sharing stages with legends such as Pentagram, Crowbar, Warrior Soul, Vicious Rumors, Church Of Misery, Midnight, and Night Demon. They have also brought their high-octane performance to prestigious international festivals, including MetalDays (Slovenia), Home Festival (Italy), Iron Fest Open Air (Germany), MetalHeadz Open Air (Germany), and Skulls Of Metal Fest (Spain).
Currently, TYTUS is back in the studio putting the finishing touches on their highly third full-length album. This new chapter marks a further evolution of their sonic assault.
